⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

🚑 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a 24/7 Emergency Department. The RN will assess, triage, and treat patients presenting with acute and critical conditions while ensuring timely and effective care delivery.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active RN License in Nebraska or Compact License
✔ Strong ER/Trauma nursing experience
✔ Ability to triage and manage critically ill patients
✔ Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
✔ Strong communication and teamwork abilities

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years RN experience
✔ At least 1 year Emergency Room experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform triage and assess patients based on acuity
• Provide direct care to acute and critically ill patients
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments
• Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards

🎓 Certifications Required:

✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ ACLS (AHA)
✔ PALS
