🩺 Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for an inpatient acute care setting. This is a regional role, where the therapist will split time between two facilities based on coverage needs. The PT will provide high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients restore function and improve mobility.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Hawaii Physical Therapist License
✔ BLS Certification (required)
✔ Strong inpatient / acute care experience
✔ Ability to adapt to multiple facility environments
✔ Excellent patient care and communication skills

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 year Physical Therapist experience
✔ Acute care / inpatient experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation plans
• Provide care across multiple locations based on scheduling needs
