🕒 Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
⏰ Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends & Holidays

🩺 Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Illinois RN License
✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS (required)
✔ Strong emergency/acute care clinical skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
✔ Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years ER experience preferred
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures
• Support patient and family education
