🩺 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg unit in a community-based hospital setting. The RN will provide care to a diverse patient population including medical, surgical, occasional pediatric, and post-partum patients, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Louisiana RN License
✔ Strong Med-Surg clinical experience
✔ Ability to handle adult and pediatric patients
✔ Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
✔ Strong communication and teamwork abilities

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years RN experience
✔ Med-Surg experience required
✔ Experience with pediatric or post-partum patients preferred

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
