⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

🩺 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Behavioral Health / Psychiatric unit (APU). The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients with mental health conditions.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Oklahoma RN License
✔ Strong behavioral health / psychiatric nursing skills
✔ Ability to manage crisis situations and patient safety
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Team-oriented approach to patient care

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 year RN experience
✔ Behavioral health or psych experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient behavior and maintain a safe environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies and de-escalate situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
