📍 Location: Lawton, OK 73505
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care across psychiatric populations including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role involves delivering patient-centered mental health care in an inpatient setting while ensuring safety and therapeutic support.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Oklahoma RN License
✔ Strong behavioral health / psychiatric nursing experience
✔ Ability to manage diverse patient populations (Peds–Geriatric)
✔ Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 year of RN experience
✔ Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to psychiatric emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support patients through therapeutic communication
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (McKesson)
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocols

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296168. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
