🕒 Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for a Float Pool position covering multiple units including ICU, Step-Down, Telemetry, and Med-Surg. Candidates must have strong critical care and cardiac experience and be comfortable floating between units as needed.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Illinois RN License
✔ Strong ICU experience (required)
✔ Extensive cardiac/telemetry experience
✔ Ability to float across multiple units
✔ Strong critical thinking and patient care skills

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years of RN experience
✔ ICU and cardiac experience required
✔ Experience in Med-Surg, Step-Down, or Telemetry preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Float between ICU, Step-Down, Telemetry, and Med-Surg units as required
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
