🏥 Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care across Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn care. This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of managing obstetrical patients throughout all stages of care while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Montana RN License
✔ Strong experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care
✔ Ability to work independently in a rural setting
✔ Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
✔ Reliable transportation required

📌 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 2 years of RN experience
✔ LDRP / OB experience required

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
• Deliver newborn care using the nursing process
• Monitor maternal and fetal health
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR

📜 Certifications Required:
✔ BLS (Basic Life Support)
✔ ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
✔ NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
