🏥 Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high-quality cardiopulmonary care to both critical and non-critical patients across all age groups. This role involves utilizing evidence-based respiratory therapy techniques in a hospital setting.
âś… Must-Have Skills:
âś” Active Oregon Respiratory Care License
âś” Current NBRC-RRT Certification (required)
âś” Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary and respiratory care practices
âś” Ability to work with diverse patient populations
âś” Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
📌 Experience Required:
âś” Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
âś” Acute care experience preferred
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services
• Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status
• Administer oxygen therapy, ventilator support, and airway management
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
• Follow evidence-based protocols and safety standards
