Registered Nurse (RN) – LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) 🏥
Location: Lincoln City, OR
Assignment Type: Travel / Contract
Are you a compassionate and versatile Women’s Services RN? We are looking for a skilled LDRP Nurse to join our family-centered team in the beautiful coastal city of Lincoln City, Oregon. This role covers the full spectrum of care—from triage and labor to postpartum and newborn stabilization.
Position Overview
As an LDRP RN, you will provide comprehensive care in a medically safe, family-oriented environment. Our team handles labor, delivery, recovery, and newborn care, as well as GYN surgical patients. We are looking for a professional who is comfortable in a high-stakes, rewarding atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Spectrum Care: Manage patients through Triage, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and the Nursery.
Surgical Support: Provide care for GYN surgical patients as part of the unit's integrated services.
Neonatal Safety: Ensure the safety and stabilization of newborns, with a preference for candidates skilled in high-risk neonatal care.
Collaboration: Work alongside a highly trained medical staff to maintain a caring and efficient environment.
Schedule & Compensation
Shifts: 12-hour Nights (1900–0730).
Hours: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends.
On-Call: Requirement of one 12-hour call shift per pay period.
Weekly Pay: $3,032 Total Gross
Taxable Pay: $1,548
Stipends/Non-taxable: $1,484
Requirements
Licensure: Current unencumbered Oregon RN License required at the time of submission.
Experience: Proven experience in Triage, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery is essential.
Certifications: * Required: Healthcare Provider BLS, AHA ACLS, NRP, and Basic Fetal Monitoring skills.
Preferred: STABLE certification and experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates.
