We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team in Great Falls, Montana. Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Respiratory Care Director, you will provide comprehensive respiratory services to a diverse patient population. From diagnostic testing to life-saving ventilator management, your expertise will be central to the cardiopulmonary health of the community.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Care: Lead critical care efforts and manage ventilator support for high-acuity patients.

Comprehensive Testing: Perform diagnostic testing, patient assessments, and therapeutic interventions for disorders of the cardiopulmonary system.

Patient Education: Provide essential education to patients and families regarding respiratory health and self-management.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Federal and State regulatory standards and agency rules.

Schedule & Compensation
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (6–6), variable schedule. πŸ•’

Hours: 36 hours per week.

Weekly Pay: $2,614 Total Gross πŸ’°

Taxable Pay: $1,368

Stipends/Non-taxable: $1,246

Requirements
Certification: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). πŸ“œ

Critical Experience: Proven experience in Critical Care and Ventilator Management is strictly required.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of general respiratory care processes, equipment, and procedures.

Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with Federal and State healthcare regulations.
