• Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

🏥 Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills and the ability to work independently while delivering compassionate patient care across multiple age groups.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Montana Respiratory Therapist License
✔ Strong respiratory therapy and ventilator management experience
✔ Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong patient assessment and communication skills

📌 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
✔ Acute care experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services
• Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory medications
• Manage ventilators and airway support
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
• Follow evidence-based respiratory care protocols
