🏥 Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care while working in a collaborative healthcare environment focused on patient recovery and functional improvement.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Nebraska Physical Therapist License
✔ Strong outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
✔ Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams
✔ Strong time management and organizational abilities

📌 Experience Required:
✔ Outpatient PT experience preferred
✔ Minimum 3 years of experienced required

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

📜 Certifications Required:
✔ BLS (Basic Life Support – American Heart Association)
