Description

🚨 Travel Pharmacist Opportunity – Colorado 🚨

📍 Glenwood Springs, CO
⏳ Contract Length: 20 Weeks
🕒 Schedule: Rotating Day/Evening Shifts | 40 Hrs/Week
🌙 Occasional Overnight Coverage Required
📆 Rotating Weekends (7 AM – 12 PM) May also include some 3rd shift (overnight) on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
✅ Active Colorado Pharmacist License
✅ Minimum 3 Years of Experience
✅ EPIC Experience Required
✅ BLS & ACLS (AHA)

Job Duties Include:
✔️ Medication order verification & dispensing
✔️ IV admixture, chemo & TPN preparation
✔️ Pharmacokinetic dosing
✔️ Antibiotic stewardship
✔️ Clinical interventions & patient education
✔️ Code Response Team participation

📌 Must live 75+ miles from facility to qualify as a traveler.
