📍 Location: Lake Geneva, WI

🩺 Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin RN License required
• Experienced ER RN required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required
• NIHSS Certification required
• TNCC or TNS required
• Education verification required

📌 Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency nursing care using the nursing process
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
• Participate in unit improvement initiatives and peer review
