- ✅ **License:** Active New Mexico or Multi-State Compact RN License.
- ✅ **Certifications:** Active AHA BLS & ACLS required.
- 🌟 **Bonus:** BSN, CNOR, PALS, or experience in General Surgery, Ortho, and OB/GYN.
