🏡 Travel Hospice RN Opportunity 🩺
📍 Moab, UT
🗓 13 Weeks | Days Shift
⏰ 32 Guaranteed Hours
Requirements:
• Active UT or Compact RN License
• Minimum 3 years of RN Hospice experience
• Hospice, Home Health, or Palliative Care experience
• BLS Certification required
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
Details:
• On-call 1–3 shifts/week including some weekends
• Must respond within 45 minutes when on call
• Holiday coverage required
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Mileage reimbursement available
