Hiring an experienced Clinical Staff Educator – Surgery for a 13-week contract assignment in Hermiston, OR!
📍 Location: Hermiston, OR
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Day Shift
📌 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Requirements:
✔ Active Oregon RN License
✔ BSN required (MSN preferred)
✔ Minimum 5 years hospital RN experience
✔ Minimum 3 years OR experience required
✔ ACLS, PALS, BLS/HCP, & CNOR required
✔ Experience in staff education/training preferred
✔ EPIC experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Educate and train clinical staff in surgical services
• Develop and evaluate educational programs
• Support simulation training and competency development
• Collaborate with Quality & Nursing leadership teams
