### ✅ Requirements

✔ Associate Degree in Nursing from an Accredited Program
✔ Current & Unrestricted Alaska RN License (or eligible upon acceptance)
✔ Current BLS Certification (AHA)
✔ Minimum 3+ Year of RN Experience Preferred
✔ Strong Clinical Assessment & Critical Thinking Skills
✔ Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Preferred
✔ Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively in a Fast-Paced Environment

✔ Administer OTP Medications and Nursing Services
✔ Perform Comprehensive Patient Assessments and Develop Care Plans
✔ Administer Medications and Treatments Safely and Accurately
✔ Monitor Patient Conditions and Escalate Care When Necessary
✔ Coordinate Care with Providers and Interdisciplinary Teams
✔ Maintain Accurate Documentation in Electronic Health Records
✔ Support Patient Education and Promote Positive Outcomes
✔ Ensure Compliance with Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Standards
