Charge Nurse – Contract Opportunity | Brewster, WA

We are currently seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Brewster, Washington. This is a quick-start opportunity for a strong clinical leader with extensive experience in Med/Surg and Emergency Room settings.

Job Details
Location: Brewster, WA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating days, including some weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Minimum Requirements
Active Washington State RN License
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in the same specialty
Previous Charge Nurse experience required
Experience in Med/Surg Adult, Med-Surg Ortho, and Emergency Room
Certifications Required:
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination required
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision during assigned shifts
Coordinate and oversee patient care activities
Support and mentor nursing staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Assist with conflict resolution and staff communication
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Promote patient safety and quality care outcomes
Serve as a role model through professionalism and teamwork
