📍 Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
📅 Schedule: Typically 7-On / 7-Off
⏱ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a fast-paced, dynamic Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple ED care areas while utilizing advanced emergency nursing skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients across all acuity levels.
• Rotate through Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit, Triage, Quick Registration, and other assigned areas.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency interventions.
• Assist with trauma, critical care, and emergency stabilization procedures.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate changes to providers.
• Participate in patient triage, screening, testing, and immunization clinic support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in RPMS EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Float to other qualified departments based on staffing and patient care needs.

✅ Requirements:
• Active RN License
• Minimum 3 Years of Recent Emergency Department Experience (3+ Years required)
• American Heart Association BLS
• ACLS
• PALS or ENPC
• TNCC
• Ability to obtain Conscious Sedation Certification through facility after confirmation ($105 fee)

• 6-Bed Fast Track Unit
• 7-Bed Observation Unit
