Description

Travel RN – Perioperative (Outpatient Surgery Center) | Days | State College, PA

Location: State College, PA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 8-Hour Shifts (6:15 AM – 2:45 PM, Mon–Fri)
Start: ASAP

Requirements:
* Active Pennsylvania RN License
* Minimum 3 years of Perioperative RN experience
* BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
* Experience in Pre-Op, PACU, and Ambulatory Surgery preferred
* Strong IV therapy, patient assessment, and recovery care skills

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide pre-op and post-op patient care in an outpatient surgical setting
* Perform assessments, patient education, IV therapy, and documentation
* Monitor and recover patients in PACU
* Assist with pain management, eye laser procedures, and anesthesia support as needed
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with surgical safety protocols

Additional Details:
* No weekends, holidays, or call
* EMR: Meditech
* No holiday coverage required
