# Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Rural Health Primary Care Clinic

## Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Rural Health Primary Care Clinic travel assignment in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Colorado.

This is an excellent opportunity for clinic nurses seeking a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no weekends, and no holiday requirements.

### Assignment Details

* Start Date: July 6, 2026
* Duration: 13 Weeks
* Schedule: Monday – Friday
* Shift: 10-Hour Day Shifts
* Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
* Openings: 2
* EMR: Cerner

### Responsibilities

* Patient triage and assessment
* Care coordination and follow-up
* Medication administration and immunizations
* Patient education and chronic disease management
* Telephone triage and patient portal messaging
* Clinical documentation in Cerner
* Collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff

### Requirements

* Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
* Minimum 2 Years of Recent RN Experience
* Current AHA BLS Certification
* Cerner Experience Required
* Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills

### Preferred Experience

* CLIA-Waived Laboratory Testing
