🚨 Travel RN – Med Surg / Telemetry Opportunity 🚨

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment.

📍Corvallis, Oregon
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
📅 Rotating Weekends Required
🏥 Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry

Requirements:
✔ Active Oregon RN License
✔ Current BLS Certification
✔ Current ACLS Certification
✔ 3 years Recent Med Surg Experience
✔ 3 years Recent Telemetry Experience
✔ Recent EPIC Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Orthopedic Nursing Experience
✔ Bariatric Nursing Experience
✔ Medical-Surgical Certification

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical Surgical patients
• Care for post-operative and acutely ill patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting
