Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide care for acutely ill and injured patients in a freestanding emergency care setting. The nurse will perform patient assessments, triage, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:
Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate emergency nursing care
Monitor, document, and communicate patient status changes
Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Administer emergency treatments and medications
Perform specimen collection and laboratory-related duties
Provide basic respiratory care, oxygen therapy, and nebulizer treatments
Maintain compliance with Texas Board of Nursing standards and facility policies
Participate in staff education, competency development, and quality improvement initiatives
