# Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiology Clinic

## Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join its Cardiology Clinic team in State College, Pennsylvania.

This outpatient clinic opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, no weekends, no call, and no holiday requirements, making it ideal for nurses seeking work-life balance while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.

### Assignment Details

* Start Date: July 6, 2026
* Duration: 13 Weeks
* Schedule: Monday-Friday
* Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
* EMR: Meditech

### Responsibilities

* Provide professional nursing care in a busy outpatient cardiology clinic
* Assist providers with patient examinations and treatments
* Perform patient assessments and triage
* Administer medications and treatments
* Educate patients and families regarding cardiac conditions and treatment plans
* Coordinate patient care with physicians and healthcare team members
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

### Requirements

* Active Pennsylvania RN License
* Current BLS Certification
* Minimum 3 Year Nursing Experience
* Strong communication and patient education skills

### Preferred Qualifications

* Cardiology Clinic Experience
* Outpatient Clinic Experience
* Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT coding
* Experience with patient triage and care coordination
