Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU/PCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Nebraska. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill and progressive care patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in ICU and PCU settings.
Monitor patients with acute and critical conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:
Active Nebraska RN license.
Minimum 1 year of ICU and/or PCU experience.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
Current PALS certification.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Assignment Details:
13-week contract
Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts)
36 guaranteed hours per week
Holiday coverage required
EMR: Cerner
