BLS &amp; ACLS Certifications
Epic experience required

Responsibilities:

Administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments
Perform patient assessments, symptom management, and triage
Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide education to patients and families
Collaborate with physicians and the cancer care team to ensure high-quality oncology care
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with oncology nursing standards
