🚨 Travel RN – Med-Surg Ortho / Neurology Opportunity 🚨

We are seeking an experienced Med-Surg Ortho / Neurology Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment.

📍 Janesville, Wisconsin
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
📅 Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required
🏥 Speciality: Med-Surg Ortho / Neurology

**Requirements:**
✔ Active Wisconsin RN License
✔ Current BLS/CPR Certification
✔ Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
✔ Education Verification Required
✔ Must have min 3 years of Med/surg experience with recent Orthopaedic or Neurology Nursing Experience
✔ Ability to Float to Other Units as Needed

**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor orthopedic and neurological patients for changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR
• Utilize critical thinking to promote patient safety and quality outcomes
• Support unit performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
