🚨 **Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Opportunity** 🚨

We are seeking an experienced **Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)** for a **12-week travel assignment**.

📍 **Newport, Vermont**
🗓 **Start Date:** ASAP
⏳ **Contract Length:** 12 Weeks
🕒 **Shift:** Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
⏰ **3 x 12-Hour Shifts Per Week**
🏥 **Specialty:** Respiratory Therapy

### **Requirements:**

✔ Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential
✔ Current BLS Certification (AHA)
✔ Current ACLS Certification
✔ Minimum **3 years** of Respiratory Therapy experience
✔ Vermont Respiratory License (or eligibility to obtain upon acceptance)

### **Responsibilities:**

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and respiratory medications
• Set up, monitor, and manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpret results
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and assist during code situations
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
• Ensure respiratory equipment is functioning properly and follows safety standards
