📢 Clinic Registered Nurse Opportunity – Pella, Iowa

We are hiring Clinic Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment with Pella Regional Health Center in Pella, Iowa.

Position Details:
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day shift
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• No call and no holiday coverage required
• EMR: Meditech
• Openings: 3

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active Iowa RN license
• 3+ year of RN experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
• Acute care or ambulatory/clinic experience preferred
• Strong patient service, nursing process, communication, and telephone triage skills
• Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems and electronic documentation
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain efficient clinic flow for patients and providers.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Manage patient phone calls, triage concerns, and provide appropriate nursing guidance within scope of practice.
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech.
• Coordinate care with providers and clinic staff to support a positive patient experience.
• Provide organized, compassionate, customer-focused care in a fast-paced clinic setting.
