Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Grand Junction, CO

📍 Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
🗓 Duration: 6 Weeks
🕗 Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
📅 Start Date: 07/27/2026

Requirements:

Active RN CO License
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Hospice RN / Case Management experience preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, symptom management, and patient/family education skills
Experience coordinating interdisciplinary care
Ability to provide care in home, nursing home, assisted living, and community settings

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #297940. Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
