**Travel RN – NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) | Montana**
**13-Week Contract | Night Shift | 36 Guaranteed Hours**

Seeking an experienced **NICU Registered Nurse** for a travel assignment providing specialized neonatal intensive care. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for newborns while supporting and educating families in a fast-paced clinical environment.

**Requirements:**
* Active Montana RN License
* Current BLS (AHA)
* Current NRP Certification
* STABLE Certification
* Minimum 3 year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or ICU nursing experience
* Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility

**Assignment Details:**
* 13-week contract
* Night/Variable shifts
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Weekend and holiday coverage required
* Overtime after 36 hours
* Scrubs provided

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive assessment and individualized care for NICU patients
* Develop, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care plans
* Monitor and respond to changes in neonatal patient conditions
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
* Educate and support families throughout the patient's hospitalization
* Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
* Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes using the EMR
* Maintain a safe, compassionate, and high-quality care environment while following established clinical standards
