### Requirements

✔ Active Oregon RN License (Required at Submission)
✔ Minimum 3 Years of ICU Experience Preferred
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ Current AHA ACLS Certification
✔ Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
✔ PALS and TNCC Preferred
✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent Verification Required

### Responsibilities

* Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
* Perform advanced patient assessments and continuous monitoring.
* Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care interventions.
* Manage ventilators, invasive lines, cardiac monitoring, and life-support equipment.
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation using **EPIC EMR**.
* Respond effectively to emergencies while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
