Join an award-winning **Critical Access Hospital** recognized as one of the nation's **Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals**! We are seeking an experienced **Travel Registered Nurse** with **Labor & Delivery** experience who is also comfortable providing **Med-Surg** care when OB census is low.

🕒 **Shift:** 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts (Weekdays, Weekends & Holiday Rotation)

Requirements

✔ Active RN License
✔ Minimum 3 Years of RN Experience
✔ 3 years of Labor & Delivery Experience Required
✔ 3 years of Med-Surg Experience Required
✔ Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
✔ Charge Nurse experience preferred
✔ Ability to adapt between OB and Med-Surg patient care

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients.
* Monitor mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
* Float to the Med-Surg unit when OB patient volume is low.
* Serve as Charge RN when assigned.
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation using **EPIC EMR**.
* Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care across multiple departments.
