**Travel RN – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing | Maine**
**Lewiston, ME**
**13-Week Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM**

We’re hiring experienced **Registered Nurses (RN)** for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing travel assignment in Maine!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• Active **Maine or Compact RN License**
• Current **BLS**
• **Minimum 3 years of RN experience required**
• LTC / SNF / Post-Acute experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Must be flexible to provide coverage 24/7
• Candidate must reside **outside a 50-mile radius**
• Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered
• Previous employees are not eligible

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM**
• Holiday coverage required
• **EPIC EMR**
• No on-call
• W-2 employment only — **No 1099**
• Up to **16 hours of orientation is unpaid**
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract

🔹 **Role Highlights:**
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents
• Care for long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation patients
• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Provide IV therapy and wound care as needed
• Support patients recovering from surgeries, fractures, strokes, and other conditions
• Provide compassionate care to geriatric and dementia patients
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment
