**Travel RN – Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing | Maine**
**13-Week Contract | Day Shifts | Long-Term Care**

Seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment at **St. Mary's Regional Medical Center** in Lewiston, Maine. Join a compassionate post-acute care team providing exceptional nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, and Transitional Rehabilitation.

### Requirements:
- Active Maine RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

### Assignment Details:
- 13-week contract
- Day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Float between LTC, Dementia Care, and Transitional Rehab units as needed
- Holiday coverage required
- W-2 employment only (No 1099)

### Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents
- Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy as needed
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
- Ensure a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care environment
