**Travel RN – Emergency Room (ER) | Iowa**
**13-Week Contract | Night Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours**

Seeking an experienced **Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment at **Jefferson County Health Center** in Fairfield, Iowa. Join a collaborative emergency department providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.

### Requirements:
- Active Iowa RN License
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- 3 years Emergency Room experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills

### Assignment Details:
- 13-week contract
- 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Rotating holidays
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- W-2 employment only (No 1099)

### Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and emergency interventions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC EMR
- Ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient emergency patient care
