🫁Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

📍 Robinson, IL
🏥 Specialty: Respiratory Therapy
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🕐 Shift: Nights | 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
📆 Schedule: Rotating Schedule
• Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
⏰ Hours: 36 Hours/Week
💻 EMR: Cerner

🫁 Experience Required

• 3+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• Strong background in cardiopulmonary and respiratory care

📋 Requirements

• Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist License
• RRT
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NRP

💼 Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and patient screenings
• Provide respiratory treatments based on physician orders
• Monitor vital signs, arterial blood gases, and patient responses to therapy
• Administer respiratory medications and monitor outcomes and side effects
• Conduct cardiopulmonary function testing and related diagnostic procedures
• Select, assemble, operate, and maintain respiratory care equipment
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic and chart documentation
• Follow established safety and patient care protocols
• Participate in performance improvement activities
