💰 Salary: **$114,000 – $175,000/year**
🕒 Day Shift | Full-Time

### Position Highlights:

✅ Full-Time Permanent Leadership Opportunity
✅ Active California RN License Required
✅ Minimum **5 Years of GI Nursing Experience** Required
✅ Minimum **1 Year of Supervisory Experience** Required
✅ BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications Required

✅ Responsible for Clinical Operations, Quality Improvement & Staff Development

### Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead daily operations for GI Services and ensure high-quality patient care
🔹 Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department resources
🔹 Oversee quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
🔹 Support employee development, mentoring, and performance management
🔹 Collaborate with physicians, leadership teams, and multidisciplinary departments
🔹 Assist with departmental budgeting and strategic planning
🔹 Ensure implementation of evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety standards
🔹 Drive operational excellence and patient satisfaction initiatives

### Preferred Qualifications:

📌 Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Related Field Preferred
📌 Critical Care Experience Preferred
📌 Certified Gastrointestinal Registered Nurse (CGRN) Preferred
📌 Professional Organization Membership and Leadership Development Experience Preferred

### Requirements:

📌 Current California RN License
📌 Current CPR/BLS Certification
📌 Current ACLS Certification
📌 Current PALS Certification (within 12 months of hire)
📌 Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Quality Improvement & Healthcare Operations
📌 Excellent Leadership, Communication & Team Development Skills
