**Travel RN – PACU | Ohio**
**13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 36 Guaranteed Hours**

We're hiring an experienced **Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN)** for an exciting travel opportunity in **Ohio**. Join a dedicated perioperative team delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced recovery unit.

**Requirements:**
• Active Ohio RN License
• Minimum 3 years of PACU or relevant RN experience
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills

**Assignment Details:**
• 13-week contract
• Day Shift: **8:30 AM – 6:00 PM**
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend call: 1 Saturday or Sunday every 6 weeks
• Night call: 4–5 shifts every 6 weeks
• No holiday coverage required
• W-2 employment only (No 1099)

**Responsibilities:**
• Monitor and care for patients recovering from anesthesia
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Implement physician orders and monitor patient recovery
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
