💰 Salary: $136,000 – $200,000/year
🕒 Day Shift | Full-Time (40 Hours Per Pay Period)

Position Highlights:

✅ Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Required
✅ Minimum 5 Years of Experience Required
✅ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Required
✅ PGY-1 Residency + Clinical Experience OR PGY-2 Oncology Residency Required
✅ Hospital Oncology Experience Required
✅ Experience with Chemotherapy, Oral Oncolytics & Supportive Care Management
✅ Collaborative Practice with Oncologists, Fellows & Advanced Practice Providers

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Optimize oncology treatment plans and supportive care measures
🔹 Participate in multidisciplinary oncology rounds
🔹 Review chemotherapy and oncology care plans for guideline compliance
🔹 Provide patient education for chemotherapy and oral oncology therapies
🔹 Serve as a clinical resource for oncology providers and staff
🔹 Precept pharmacy residents and students
🔹 Promote evidence-based and cost-effective oncology care
