Requirements:
Active RN License
Minimum 3 year of LTC RN experience
BLS required (additional certifications accepted per facility)

Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate resident-centered nursing care
Complete assessments, care plans, and medication administration
Supervise Nursing Assistants
Perform accurate documentation in PointClick EMR
Communicate with physicians, residents, and families
IV therapy and central line management experience preferred
