We’re hiring an experienced **Observation/Med-Surg RN** for a travel assignment in Ohio!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• Active **Ohio RN License**
• Minimum **3 years of recent/current Telemetry or Med-Surg experience**
• Current **BLS & ACLS**
• Strong Telemetry interpretation skills
• **Current EPIC proficiency is required**
• Must pass Telemetry/BCRA competency testing on Day 1
• Must be comfortable floating to Med-Surg units and, when appropriately skilled, the ED

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM**
• **36 guaranteed hours/week**
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required
• Rare call requirement
• **EPIC EMR**
• W-2 employment only — **No 1099**
• Facility may cancel up to **36 hours during the 13-week contract**

🔹 **Clinical Responsibilities:**
• Provide comprehensive care to observation patients
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor telemetry and recognize cardiac rhythm changes
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Care for Med-Surg, respiratory, stroke, and cardiac patients when floated
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Prioritize patient safety and quality of care
