## 🚨 Travel RN Flex Pool – Nights Opportunity | Hawaii

We're hiring an experienced RN Flex Pool / Med-Surg Registered Nurse for a 15-week travel assignment** in Hilo,Hawaii!

📍Location: Hilo, Hawaii
⏳Contract Length: 15 Weeks
🏥Specialty: Med-Surg / Step Down / RN Flex Pool
⏰ Shift:12-Hour Nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
🕒 Hours:** 36 Hours/Week After Orientation
🔄 Floating: Medical, Surgical Acute & Cardiovascular Units

### ✅ Requirements

✔ Hawaii RN License required by start of assignment
✔ Minimum 3 years of RN Med Surg experience
✔ Current BLS and ACLS certifications
✔ PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and Procedural Sedation experience/certification preferred
✔ Strong Med-Surg/Step Down experience
✔ Comfortable floating between multiple medical and surgical units
✔ Experience with Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes preferred
✔ Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
✔ Professional nursing attire/clean scrubs required

### 🏥 Flex Pool Experience

Travelers may float between:

Medical Unit– approximately 77 beds
Surgical Acute Unit – approximately 18 beds
Cardiovascular Unit – approximately 15 beds

Patient ratios may include:

Medical: up to 1:8 on nights
Surgical Acute: approximately 1:6
Cardiovascular: approximately 1:4

### 📋 Assignment Details

✔ 15-week travel contract
✔ 12-hour night shifts
✔ 36 hours/week following orientation
✔ No guaranteed hours
✔ Holiday coverage required
✔ Orientation provided for each assigned unit
✔ Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for the required Employee Health appointment on Friday
✔ Housing and airfare costs may vary depending on season
