**Travel RN – Certified Wound Care | Arizona**
**Fort Defiance, AZ***13-Week Contract | Day Shift | Monday–Friday**

We’re seeking an experienced **Certified Wound Care Nurse** for a clinic-based travel assignment in Arizona!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• **Mandatory Wound Care Certification**
• **Minimum 3 years of wound care experience required**
• Current **BLS through American Heart Association**
• ACLS preferred
• Strong wound and ostomy care experience
• Excellent assessment, planning, and clinical skills
• Ability to educate patients and families on wound and ostomy management

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM**
• No weekends
• No holiday coverage
• **36 guaranteed hours/week**
• **RPMS EMR**
• No on-call
• W-2 employment only — **No 1099**

🔹 **Role Responsibilities:**
• Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds
• Provide comprehensive ostomy care
• Manage draining wounds, fistulas, and pressure ulcers
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
• Evaluate wound progression and treatment effectiveness
• Recommend appropriate wound care supplies and equipment
• Educate patients and families on wound and ostomy care
• Provide guidance on prevention and ongoing wound management
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
