🔥 Travel Ultrasound Technologist – General / Vascular / Echo 🔥

📍Washington, Iowa
⏳ Contract:13 weeks
🕐 **Schedule:5 days/week | 8-hour shifts

### Position Overview

Seeking a versatile Ultrasound Technologist experienced in General, Vascular, and Echo studies. The technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while supporting a collaborative imaging department.

### Responsibilities

* Perform high-quality echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms
* Perform general ultrasound, including abdominal and OB/GYN studies
* Perform vascular ultrasound studies
* Assist radiologists and pathologists during procedures
* Complete and manage exam orders through the EMR
* Perform quality control testing and maintain imaging accuracy
* Operate, clean, and inspect ultrasound equipment
* Transport patients and assist with patient care needs
* Work with PACS to release and transmit images
* Monitor equipment and report malfunctions
* Assist with department workflow, front desk duties, and other exams as needed
* Maintain clinical competency and complete required education/training

### Requirements

✅ Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
✅ BLS required or obtainable within 6 months
✅ RDCS preferred or obtainable after hire
✅ RVTpreferred or obtainable after hire
✅ RDMS (AB, OB-GYN) preferred or obtainable after hire
✅ Experience with General, Vascular & Echo ultrasound
✅ EPIC experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
