### Requirements:

✅ Active Colorado Physical Therapy License
✅ BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
✅ Minimum 3 year of experience preferred
✅ Must be willing to relocate to the Alamosa, Colorado area

### Responsibilities:

✔ Evaluate and assess patients' rehabilitation needs
✔ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
✔ Provide therapy services for neuromuscular, skeletal, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and integumentary conditions
✔ Monitor patient progress and recommend treatment modifications as needed
✔ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
