🕐 Shift:Nights
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours:36 hours/week

### Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to support Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Baby Unit care on the night shift.

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
* Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition
* Support deliveries and postpartum recovery
* Provide newborn care and monitoring
* Educate patients and families regarding maternal and newborn care
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
* Float to other units as needed
* Assist with overflow from the Progressive Care Unit

### Requirements

✅ Active Vermont RN License or ability to obtain upon acceptance
✅ 5+ years of RN experience
✅ Recent Labor & Delivery experience
✅ Postpartum and newborn/baby unit experience
✅ Flexibility to float to other departments
✅ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
✅ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

### Additional Information

*EMR:Cerner
* Schedule:Night shift
* Agency RNs are required to participate in department quarterly education sessions
* Personal transportation is strongly recommended
