🕐 Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
📆 Schedule:3 × 12-hour shifts/week
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours/week

### Position Overview

Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide high-quality critical care in a small, close-knit ICU environment. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who enjoy critical care and outdoor adventure.

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
* Monitor and assess patients requiring critical care
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care
* Administer medications and treatments according to standards
* Monitor telemetry and recognize changes in cardiac rhythms
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
* Adapt care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
* Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
* Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care

### Requirements

✅ Active Vermont RN License
✅ Minimum 3 years of RN experience
✅ Recent Critical Care/ICU experience required
✅ Strong telemetry reading skills
✅ Ability to care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
✅ Meditech experience preferred

### Additional Information

* EMR:** Meditech
* Schedule: 3 × 12-hour night shifts
* Travelers start on Wednesdays
* Required credentials must be uploaded 3 business days before start
* Holiday coverage required
